Description

Block magnets with two countersunk holes. They can be fastened with countersunk screws. They are only 4 mm thick and therefore very inconspicuous when used to hang signs, tools, etc. Especially well-suited for carpentry, kitchen installations, exhibition stand construction, shopfitting, signage technology, etc. We also carry round Neodymium pot magnets with countersunk hole screw-on.

Please note: Neodymium magnets are brittle and can break under excessive application of force. Not all holding surfaces are level, which is why magnets need a little slack. This allows them to optimally align with the ferromagnetic object and extend the highest adhesive force. That is why we recommend fastening these magnets by hand.

The following screws fit into the hole of these magnets, for example:

  • Slotted countersunk wood screws: DIN 97 (3,5 mm)
  • Cross recessed countersunk flat head screws (machine screw): ISO 7046-2 M3 (3 mm)
  • Hexalobular socket countersunk flat head screws (machine screw): ISO 14581 M3 (3 mm)
  • Hexagon socket countersunk flat head screws (machine screw): ISO 10642 M3 (3 mm)

Neodymium magnets are perfect for use in dry indoor areas.

Magnets are not toys. Please make sure to carefully read our safety instructions.

Additional features and tips

Neodymium magnets are very brittle and can break or chip when exposed to repeated blows. To protect the magnets it would be best to slightly countersink them into a material (e.g. into the wood of the furniture).
