Pipe clamp with rubber insert Ø 30 mm

Conveniently secure pipes or cables with a rubberised screw-on pipe clamp. When paired with one of our magnets, the clamp will adhere to ferromagnetic surfaces. Combine this screw-fastened pipe clip with a diameter of 30 mm with a magnet system with internal thread from our assortment.

For screw-mounting, select a pan head screw with M4 thread or a pan head screw with M5 thread, depending on the thread size of the desired magnet. It is a quick way to create versatile attachment solutions without drilling any holes. Our stainless steel clamp has an additional rubber insert made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber). It serves to reduce noise in the event of slight vibrations and withstands high temperatures of up to 120 °C. Our magnets, on the other hand, are heat-resistant up to 80 °C and should not be exposed to higher temperatures for an extended period, as this could cause them to lose their magnetisation.

Use this pipe clip together with a magnet wherever there is a ferromagnetic surface and pipes or cables need to be neatly routed or secured. This type of clamp is utilised, among other things, in structural engineering, the sanitary sector, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and for industrial applications.
